Life Experiences

Testimonials

I’ve read the book you published from cover to cover. It’s an excellent book. The material is well written. It’s easy to read and the material flows well. It was a little bit of a shocker to be able to recognize myself in many of the situations the author wrote about. It would have been a great benefit if I had this book years ago. Your book is an excellent book for those planning on marriage and for the children in high school, especially the young women.

EXCERPT FROM A NEVER BEEN MARRIED WOMAN IN HER EARLY TWENTIES:

Your book is really good. I’ve already recommended it to one of my friends and she’s currently reading it and applying it to her life. I can’t agree with you anymore. I was so into the book that I was starting to read past chapter 5. You don’t understand how much your book is helping me. The moral of this little piece of info is that your book is probably going to change my life…in a good way.

I find it easy to read and most thought provoking. It should be in High School and College Libraries for young adults to read. Your well written “Life Experiences” should cause the reader to do a lot of soul-searching before making a serious decision.

After reading your book, I would advise all people who intend to marry, to read it before making plans to marry. There are many pertinent factors brought to your attention which could make or break your marriage.

Your intended's disposition, their relationship with their family and with other people, could be a sign of how well you will interact with each other, friends and coworkers.

The attitude relating to raising children is very important and should be a matter of discussion beforehand. Happily ever after exists in story books only. Marriage and raising a family requires a continuous effort on both sides and often entails a willingness to compromise as well as a desire to make the marriage successful.

The questions in your book bring to light some of the major problems that could be alleviated if considered and discussed before marriage.

This is an excellent book. The author really covers many topics that should be addressed before deciding to spend the rest of your life with someone. It is an easy read and anyone considering marriage should have a copy of this. It should be required reading to get a marriage license.

What a great book! Priests and ministers and Rabbis who are counseling engaged couples should use this book as a workbook for the couples and as a springboard for discussions. An easy read but oh so thought provoking.

I started reading your book last night and I think it's great! Congratulations. It brought back memories for me. There is tons of information in the book, especially for young people getting married today. Yes, you have to learn about your intended spouse BEFORE you get married, love definitely isn't enough.

I did get your book and read it cover to cover, again. It's a bit scary because it has so many common sense issues in it. For sure, it is not the politically correct touchy feely drive I found in other publications. Again, you are to be congratulated on an excellent book.

A letter from a 13 year old young lady:

Dear Author,

The questions in the book are necessary to know if you were going to get married, or even start dating someone. I thought the personal stories were a great add in. I liked reading about the author’s life and knowing what I should do when I have kids. The advice given was very good especially since I’m a teen knowing all the information that is in this book. I know the questions to ask and see how they act around kids.

On The Back Cover of the Book

I have seen 2 programs recently about Family Education programs in high schools and colleges. What a great text/study guide this would be.
