who have requested review copies of our book have been from England,
Finland, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Brazil,
Russia and

contracts to translate, publish and market our book in their respective
countries and anyone wanting to purchase a translated copy should contact
